Join me on a three-day YOGA & MINDFUL MEDITATION RETREAT in Idyllwild, CA — at a quiet, rustic mountain hideaway in the heart of Southern California San Jacinto mountains. A charming town that embraces the earth’s natural landscape, artisticÂ energy and simple livingÂ with wonderful localÂ restaurants, nature trails, and more! RelaxÂ in gatedÂ Accommodations, freshly prepared meals, optional hiking and otherÂ recreational activities.
- Retreat begins at 5pm Friday, October 7th. Concludes 12pm Sunday October 9th.

Idyllwild is centrally located in the San Jacinto Mountains of Southern California. Â AnÂ hour (or less) from Hemet, Temecula and Riverside to the West, Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley to the East. Â Just a two hour drive from San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles areas. Retreat participants are responsible for self transportation or contactÂ Christy if interested in carpool from Orange County.

This is the ultimate yoga and mindful meditation experience. A personalized, three day escape from everyday reality be being immersed in the simplicity of nature, while acquiring tools to help navigate self, mind, and body through the experiences of yoga, rest, meditation, and reflection.
Every morning we will wake to the sounds of aÂ running stream through the property, smell of the Fern ValleyÂ pines, and refreshingÂ crisp mountain air. Take a seat for a meditation session followed by an invigoratingÂ morning yoga practice at local studio. You will be nourished fromÂ freshly made gourmetÂ meals coupled withÂ opportunities to be in nature. Then it’s time to begin your journey as Christy leads your discoveryÂ into the navigationÂ of finding stillness, connection, and mindful awareness. Self-reflection will create a canvas of opportunity to embrace the changes that emerge.Â
