Mindfulness Reflection



I used to go through life thinking something was missing. There was a disconnect, irritability, lack of focus, as if going through the motions were enough. And then I found meditation. We all share the same number of minutes a day = 1440. But HOW we spend those minutes will make or break us. By designating a fraction of time daily to be still, create time to pause, and develop a relationship with the mind, feelings of missing pieces dissolve. Meditation as a priority has made ALL other aspects of my life BETTER.
